 A yard waste drop-off center is located next to the Water Treatment Plant on 500 Delaware Street in mt. Gilead (use T.R. 127 to access) and is open to all residents of the DKMM (Delaware, Knox, Marion, and Morrow Counties) Solid Waste District. The facility accommodates all yard waste: leaves, grass clippings, trees, shrubs and clippings. NO TRASH. No machine or commercial use is allowed.

Absolutely no food scraps; barn or animal waste; or household trash is to be dropped off.  Violaters will be prosecuted.

Morrow County residents can help themselves to mulch each Spring, while it lasts, from the mulch pile located at the Yard Waste Collection site.  You must load your own mulch by hand - no machines or commercial use is allowed.

Directions

From the South Take SR-42 N through Cardginton to Airport Road (TR-126).  At the intersection, turn Right onto Loren Road (TR-127).  Facility will be on your right.  
  From the North Take SR-95 W through Mt. Gilead.  Turn Left onto Orchard Drive (TR-126). At the intersection, turn Left onto Loren Road (TR-127). Facility will be on your right.
